STORE POLICY

CUSTOMER CARE

Customer Service is always the upmost important aspect of JRB Renovations LLC. If products are damaged upon receiving of shipment, it MUST be documented with photographs to box, product, with time stamps for proper protocol. 

 

All sales for custom pieces are final, after a product has begun production, there is no adjustments to piece, without a minimum $50 up-charge on addition to price of product.

Exchange in regards to apparel, must be made to JRB Renovations LLC within 2 business days of receiving shipment. All products must be unworn, clean and not damaged to able to exchanged for a different size.
